The users may usually access this website at any time. However, VIECONNECT might decide of an interruption for technical maintenance reasons and will endeavor to communicate to users beforehand the dates and times of the intervention .

The purpose of the website is to provide information about all the activities of the company.

VIECONNECT endeavors to provide information as precise as possible on the website. However, the company might not be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the updates, whether of its own doing or of that of partner third parties who provide such information.

All the information indicated on the website is given for reference only and is likely to evolve. Furthermore, the information on the website is non-exhaustive. It is provided subject to specifically disclosed modifications since it was put online.

No personal information of the website’s user will be published unwittingly, exchanged, transferred, given or sold on any medium to third parties. Only the hypothesis of the repurchase of the VIECONNECT company and of its rights would enable the transfer of this information to the potential buyer who in turn would have the same oblogation to keep and modify the data of the VieConnect.iowebsite’s user.

The website has not been declared to the CNIL as it does not collect personal information.

Databases are protected by the provisions in the Act of 1st July 1998 transposing the directive 96/9 of 11th March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.

8. Hyperlinks and cookies.

The website contains several hyperlinks to other websites, which was implemented with the authorization of VIECONNECT. However, VIECONNECT does not have the possibility to check the content of the visited websites and as such will not be take any responsibility for it.

While browsing on the website, cookies may be installed on the user’s computer.
